Hey all!

Well we have reached the end of short course season.  Congrats to our swimmers who made it to Champs these past two weekends!  At Senior Champs in Topeka we had Gracy Hubbard, Jordan Vanderhoof, Adyson Wiens, Clarea Williams, and Coach Rhys even got in a couple of events.  Gracy had a pair of nice drops on her 2 swims - 200 Free and 100 Back. Jordan had a solid 3.2 cut in 200 Free. Adyson cut time in both 100 Free and 100 Breast (and picked up the Champ time on a bonus swim here). Clarea dropped in both of her swims - 200 Breast and 50 Free.

Then at Age Group Champs in Lenexa, we had Jayce Jennings and Asher Morales represent us on the big stage.  Asher picked up the champ cut on a bonus swim in the 50 Back by dropping over a second.  Jayce made finals in both 50 and 100 Breast, finishing 15th overall in each event, and he also went sub-30 seconds for the first time in the 50 Free.  

A job well done once again, and thanks to all those who swam with us this past season!  The improvements that all of the swimmers made, not to mention the confidence that they gained, is always such a treat to see develop :)

We will take the month of March off and hopefully allow everyone to get a chance to get good and recharged.  Spring conditioning will pick up on Monday, April 3rd for those who have signed up for that session.  

From there we will soon be getting info out for sign-up for summer season, I will also work to prep some short course season awards to hand out when that meeting goes down.  And if we don't catch you there, we are planning on marching in the All Schools Day once again this year!  As we get closer to that date, we will coordinate all relevant info.
