Dear Parents, 

I hope you're all doing well! We had a fantastic day at our swim meet today and are excited for another great day tomorrow! Your support is crucial in making these events successful and enjoyable for our young athletes. 

Many of you have generously signed up for volunteer slots already. However, we still need more volunteers for tomorrow, particularly for timing. Without enough timers, we won't be able to run the meet smoothly. Just a reminder, volunteering at home meets is required for families with swimmers on the team, even if your swimmer is not competing. Your help is essential to make these meets possible. 

If you haven't already, please take a moment to check your volunteer assignments and ensure you have a slot reserved. The signup will remain open until 10 pm tonight. Your participation not only ensures the meet runs smoothly but also strengthens our swim team community.
